Easy Returns

At ShopEase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Return Window

  • Standard Products: 7 days from delivery
  • Electronics: 7 days from delivery
  • Fashion & Apparel: 7 days from delivery (unused, with tags)
  • Books: 7 days from delivery (sealed condition)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging
  • Include all accessories and freebies
  • Not be damaged due to misuse

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (hygiene reasons)
  • Innerwear and swimwear
  • Customized/personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Items marked as "non-returnable"

How to Return

  1. Go to My Orders and select the order
  2. Click "Return" on the item you wish to return
  3. Select the reason for return
  4. Choose pickup or drop-off
  5. Pack the item securely
  6. Hand over to our delivery partner

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be credited to your bank account
